How Much Is Small Business Coaching
Hello. In today’s episode I’m going to cover a very often asked question for us, how much is it to have business coaching? So we’re going to discover it together right after this. Hi, I’m Doug Barra and I’m one of the owners of the ActionCOACH Team Sage firm in Miami. And oftentimes when I’m working with a prospect that’s interested in, you know, what it is that we do,
I get the question, well how much is it for business coaching? And unfortunately the answer isn’t so simple as, oh, well it’s X amount of dollars because it’s very dependent on what level of coaching you’re looking for, how big your business is, how many people you want coached. So there’s a lot of factors involved in the pricing for business coaching.
And I’d like to maybe cover some of what we do and how we price the different levels of business coaching. The very first level that we do is maybe a workshop. So we have all kinds of different workshops. Those also have different price ranges, anywhere from $197 up to $1,797 sometimes as much as 2495. If it’s an all day event.
We could then go into the different kinds of group programs and we have a number of different group programs that we do and we’re starting to create some new ones. So the pricing there can range anywhere from $197 a week up to $497 a week. So you know, there’s another range there. And then you’ve got one-on-one mentor coaching and that can take a couple of forms as well.
It could be one-on-one mentor coaching for the business owner, where what we do is we focus on the business and growing that business and those fees start somewhere around $2,500 a month. So that would be the kind of the lowest base level there. Then you can add executive coaching where we’re coaching different executives inside of a business and that could be a business that we’re already coaching the owner of, or it could be, you know, just an executive coach training. And those, it’s really difficult to even give a price range on those because it all depends on exactly what it is that we’re trying to do. So the best way to find out what’s available and what’s possible would be to actually reach out to us and talk to us. It’s completely free.
There’s no obligation. And as I’ve mentioned before, business coaching is a very personal thing. So you wanna make sure that anyone that you are speaking to about business coaching you have a rapport with, because the person that’s going to be holding you accountable moving forward has to be somebody that you have a rapport with, have respect for.
So that hopefully gives you some idea of pricing around business coaching. The last thing I wanna leave you with around business coaching is business coaching isn’t an expense. Business coaching is an investment you will always be looking for. If you are intelligent, which I know you are! You will always be looking for the return on investment for your business coaching. Never go into a coaching type of situation for just a fee and not expect something in return.
That’s not the point of coaching. The point of coaching is that you get value from it, and you know, we are always looking for that. The work that we do together with our business owners really gives them a multiple value return. We like to see 10 times. So I’d love to see that if you are investing $2,500 a month in coaching, that you are seeing $25,000 a month in increased revenue because we are coaching together.
Now, that’s not necessarily gonna happen on day one, but that is the goal that we’re we’re looking to reach. So remember, business coaching is very lot of ranges. It’s a very personal type of situation and you want it to be an investment that you are getting a very good return on.
